Alistar's Passive

I think we can all agree that ali's passive is a little bit hard to notice. I thought maybe we could take that passive and slap it onto his ult duration, and replace it with a passive where you gain 20-30% movespeed that decays over like 2 seconds. This still fits thematically, him being a rampaging bull who right now has no built-in movespeed steroids. Movespeed on alistar is also very useful, especially when you snag an enemy with the edge of your Q, you can quickly reposition to W him into your team.
