Keystone Brainstorming Session
This is a post for anyone who feels that their classes of champions or singled-out ones, MIGHT not have an ideal Keystone in the newly established Rune system and they would like to make suggestions and/or submit potential ideas for new ones that could have more synergy with their champions/classes of champions.
One thing I'd everyone to keep in mind, is try to keep these suggestions realistic or as balanced-sounding as possible. I fully realize that the Keystones from last season weren't foolproof, and the ones for this Pre-Season aren't perfect either, but we can try, right?
Here's one of my own to (Hopefully) get the creative juices flowing:
Bloodlust Zeal Hitting an enemy champion with a basic attack grants two stacks (One for Ranged champions) of "Bloodlust Zeal". Each stack grants a small amount of AD based upon your champion's current level. After 2.5 seconds of not attacking, they will lose one stack at a time at 0.25 second intervals unless the duration is refreshed by reentering combat (I.E. Successfully hitting an enemy champion with a basic attack). If combat IS successfully reentered before all stacks are gone, the champion begins rebuilding from the number of stacks they currently have.
Example:
A
with Bloodlust Zeal begins to attack a
and manages to successfully gain 6 stacks of this Keystone before she manages to get far enough away from him. 2.5 seconds pass, and the
starts to lose his gathered stacks. But just before the final one dissipates, he manages to successfully hit the
with a basic attack, refreshing the duration and he begins to rebuild stacks from where he was at that time, which was now 1 stack rather than the 6 he had at the end of the first skirmish.
Explanation:
This suggested Keystone is of course, a replacement for Fervor of Battle by taking the old Keystone from Season 7 and adding certain elements of the original version of "Press the Attack" as well as the fall-off mechanics of Jax's passive.
If you have any more, or wish to give your own interpretation of my suggested one, feel free to comment!
, they could have a Keystone like "If you take X damage within Y seconds (like Sterak's) your cds are 'refreshed' for a single basic ability (like Rengar empowered) and your AD/AP adaptive increases by [insert value] for a few seconds."
uses his Q, proccing (Insert Name of Hypothetical Keystone here) through the magic damage dealt to
