The new PROJECT skins are out, But the DISRUPTION CACHE isn't there...

So, I just bought all 3 of the Icon Chests for the PROJECT event. I opened all 3 and each gave me 1 PROJECT: Core. Then I combined the 3 Augment Cache fragments and it gave me 2 more PROJECT: Cores. So I now have 5 PROJECT: CORES, and I need 7 for the PROJECT: Katarina first strike icon I need for the border. So I looked for the DISRUPTION CACHE and it's not there. Does this mean I have to spend RP on another Augment Cache? Because I heard that you could get the First Strike border/icon with IP only.

Please tell me what to do.Amumu

I saw this after being out of town for a few weeks, then logged in and got the first 3 PROJECT Icons (Ekko, Ashe, Katarina). I was going to get the Disruptor Icon immediately afterwards, but just as I bought the 3rd Icon Cache, all of them vanished from my screen.

The time was about 3:07, 8/17/2016.

Come on man, what's this all about? Was I just trolled out of 2250 IP? Trundle
