Shyvna's dragon form shoould get a rework

Her Dragon form is kind of underwhelming. I think her dragon form should take cues from the Gnar transformation book.

The transformations are very similar but I think shes better designed to be a slightly less tanky more aoe damage version of gnar.

Her E should have longer range and shorter width and should applay some sort of burn dot with it. Maybe even a debuff that reduces damage of those caught in it.

Her W could have a wider or more damaging effect to it and instead of walking she should be flying.

Her Q should be anoher sort of fireball to fit in with the whole dragon thematic...
