Just an idea for discussion, not something I took very seriously.
What if we removed boots from the game and everyone gains movement speed per level like Cassiopeia? Could this potentially create new items? Would it be interesting to see everyone with 6 high end items?
note: I understand with how much POWER the game currently has passively and that this could cause games to end quicker, but I'm just throwing this out here for discussion.

In all seriousness, I like having boots in the game, gives you more chance to change your playstyle early for whatever champion you are playing, Roaming, and what not
It does get annoying to have boots take up space where you could be having a better item, especially when you are playing support. Having wards and boots (and sometimes redemption) gives you room for only 2-3 items. If wards had ms, this could give supports an advantage in items. Also junglers.. Smite items need MS.
