@Riot, Idea to make league better! (Champ Select)

Ok so my idea is to making champ select a better experience for all players that are none toxic and just want to win without being troll. So this doesnt happen like the screem shot i took during rank which i had to dodge.( Already could have tell he was a toxic/troll player)

My idea is to add a new feature to champ select, Kinda like the /remake coming next patch. This feature should make rank feel a lot better and its the ability to kick anyone out of champ select with a vote. Same thing with /remake, if the vote is 3-1 the player is kick from champ select losing Lp and having a dodge timer. Losing Lp and having a Dodge timer shouldnt be are fault. I legit feel many people will be happy with his and is a good idea. Please guys what you think? how can we make it better.
