I can't take this champion any longer he does tons of damage and his abilities only cost 1/4 of his base mana its insanity. The shield is unfair he heals WAY TOO MUCH at early levels from it. His mobility is also unbalanced. His ultimate is so overpowered too it never gets interrupted by cc. He even has a crazy winrate at 52%.

The vast majority of the people that play Galio know what they're doing, which makes the 52% win-rate respectable, understandable, and not the result of him being overpowered.
Oh, and his E sucks ass and does very little to complement his kit or help his team.
