Invisible Nunu

The link is gone by now but a while back @RiotAugust was streaming when he died to the invisible Nunu bug.

I believe his exact words were "I'm going to fix this myself on Monday".

I'm not writing this to call him out or criticize anyone - but I had not seen any patch notes or indications on PBE that it got fixed. Has anyone seen the Invisible Nunu bug in 9.4 or an indication its finally patched out? Researching suggests it's been in the game since the release of his VGU or a few patches after.
