Essence Flux needs a rework

Almost every other ADC has some sort of waveclear ability and I feel like it could easily be implimented onto Ezreal as well, then maybe he would be a more solid choice for bot lane instead of mid lane. Also, he is an ADC that does not build statikk shiv regularly as well, his wave clear is actually really poor without using his ultimate, but it feels like his ult is used on a wave much much more than it is for teamfights and sniping. It would also make W worth picking up. As it stands now, it is just a big mana dump for no damage even to champions who'm it was meant for and scales off of AP. It isn't even worth taking at all as AD. You could argue that it is an attack speed buff for allies.. but really.. Does that really warrant that it is practically unusable in lane? The AP version in terms of damage is completely fine however his waveclear is still terrible, so could we have Essence Flux also hit minions? There is no reason it shouldn't especially since it is narrow, short, and does terrible damage as AD with no scaling. Don't just take my suggestion into account, feel free to leave a suggestion on ways to change Essence Flux to not be garbage (besides ap version of course)

ADCs with waveclear abilities:

Ashe Volley Caitlyn Peacemaker Corki Phos bomb Graves Buckshot Jinx rockets Kog ooze and artillery Lucian Piercing Light MF make it rain.. somewhat (AP clears wave at least) Sivir boomerang Tristana passive, rocket jump, explosive charge, pretty much everything Twitch contaminate Varus Piercing Arrow and Hail of arrows

And just one SMALL quality of life change (not even a buff) Have Arcane Shift prioritize champions (Frustration intensifies)

Yay make him more op, if you did that its just a buff to his ap side, he can w q a wave early and boom whole wave done after first back. (Essence flux is the only thing that makes him bad bcz of the lack of waveclear)

All the other adcs I listed can do the same exact thing.. and Ezreal is rarely even played in competitive.. what is your point, and your problem following all of my posts?

Varus, Graves, Sivir, and Caitlyn can literally do the same exact thing as I am proposing. And if you are bringing in AP's, Many mages can waveclear with one button.. I don't get your point. Xerath can clear the wave while it is still in a line, and he can do it every 3 seconds.

Are you denying that Ap runeglaive ezreal is not the best mid laner atm? cause he is. AND runeglaive is getting a buff next patch. How am i following all your post? if i see something stupid i argue it. The only reason he is not the best champ honestly is that wave clear.

If your downvote is the only one, you sir are mad. Ezreal (if he aint nerfed) will no longer be an adc he will be a mid lane mage and bot lane apc.

Corki doesn't have a blink ability. His W can be interrupted more easily than Ezreals E.

I wasn't really replying to his waveclear but since you want to debate Ezreals current state, I'll bite. There are items that you can use to have wave clear like IBG. However his wave clear isn't terrible because he has such a low CD Q so he can spam it on the minions. It isn't bad for him not to have wave clear, you do not pick Ezreal for waveclear, you pick him to play save and have a low CD blink. You can't mold every ADC into a single identity otherwise there would be no diversity.
