Title they removed songs move speed affecting them, lulu shielding them, soraka healing them, and most recently and actually one that actually I used slot was karma shielding her minions. These all provided lane pushing but in the cost of fight pressure which I think was a nice choice and don't know why it was removed

xBushx1 votesMostly because denying CS at high levels can snowball advantages early in the bot lane. Or for champs like lulu who could push you to tower and screw your last hitting. It was seen as cheesing and uncounterable.

Oleandervine1 votesSoraka was for an entirely different reason. If you're to heal your ADC or any other ally at the expense of your own HP, you don't want to fudge and accidentally heal a minion that ally is sitting on top of. That's why she can't heal minions anymore.

If I recall, Ardent Censer worked on minions when it was first added.
Granted, it didn't grant on-hit damage like it does now, but increasing the attack speed of minions is still a fairly devious thing.
