Remind me again why Sett doesn't have his shield overloaded in urf?

You know how spammable non-ultimate shields are supposed to be nerfed for urf? Last time I checked, sett's isn't.. Like he DOESN'T DIE. You get a deaths dance and spirit visage go full tank. YOU DON'T DIE. It's like I'm playing maokai but with 4x the damage.

If I had to guess, it's because his shield is reliant on taking damage, and is strictly based on damage taken, as opposed to most other shields, which do not require damage to be taken before you can get them.

This makes it significantly less spammable of a shield. It might have near-constant uptime, but he's not going to get it to full power more than twice between backs simply because math doesn't allow that to happen.

It needs to be nerfed like other shields.
