Funnel in 3v3

so it would be nice if riot would not only update the 3v3 map, but also do something about the funnel strategy that everyone and there mom seems to run. If you don't know what this is, its when one champ is the jungler and he gets either two supps or one. one will follow's him around all game and doesn't farm the wave, he lets the jungler get all the farm plus his jungle camps. All this does is put the top laner in a 2v2 lane that they can never win. The supp has ignite exhaust or some combo like. they just get dove or they die in the lane, its hard to deal with and annoying.
