Game still in progress

So i don't know how many dam games i need to play for this dumb bug to stop happening, every time im done with a game the client says game still in progress and wont let me click play again until i wait for like 5 mins. Now couple that with the annoying "skip stat screen" and boom now you have the most frustration one person can get from a dam client just to play a game. its not a hardware issue cause im not playing on trash components, would be nice if riot would fix the more annoying bugs instead of doing reworks, patches to runes and over hauls to ranked.
