It's only good on Soraka and Sona honestly since Soraka is made to heal and Sona has AoE shield. Otherwise on most other champ Thunderlord's Decree is extremely better.

I'm testing it with lifesteal, currently at redbuff 5 minutes with 60 stacks, lvl 4, a vamp scepter and ls quints/arpen reds i lifesteal +52. Currently trying it with windspeaker's to see if there's a change (same setup otherwise) -fck, got lvl 5, trying again-

Tested with windspeaker. I lifesteal... 52.

Does not work with lifesteal

Does it work with Mordekaiser passive?

I've heard it doesn't, but the passive is a shield.
