W should go through creeps hitting a champion, annoying worthless skill honestly W dont work on good players

I think 
(if he autos)and
are the only champions to have nonult skillshot hard cc that can travel through/past minions (I probably missed a few)
And I do believe some of these champions pay a lot to have abilities that go through minions, a lot of these champions are off meta although we primarily don't want champs like this in meta anyway lool.
Most of them arnt even melee, and the only one that is melee and isn't primarily a tank is
