SO what counters heimerdinger if i could get some fed back into what actualy wins lane against that? and why his kits is allowed to do so much chip damage.

Heimerdinger 's casting range so extreme, I would say only Ziggs countering him.

Any ranged champion + Yasuo. Heimerdingers laning phase is NOTHING compared to Syndra Zoe Orianna who legitimately have no counter.

heimer is only powerful in the hands of a otp honestly. a heimer that actually does good work is worthy of praise .

Champions with a enhanced auto attack like irelia do very well since his turrets take extra damage from them ,irelia can legit dash kill them all in 1 sec , also if your champion is bad into heimer kindly ask your jungler to come mid so you can clear his first 3 placed turrets , with those gone he has to wait a long time to gt all three back up and if you can keep killing them he loses all pressure as the cooldown if fairly long , he can do this without costing him anything really as they place those three turrets way before the wave comes to let their cooldowns start ticking
