Why is PD not more popular?

I really like this item because it gives more stats than other zeal items, better dueling, you get fizz's passive and some more move speed. I think it's a very nice item in this immobile adc meta.

the item 3086 based items are all a game by game decisions. alot of times people cant see the effect of a item 3046 the they can item 3087 item 3085 item 3094 , people typically go for because in theory you do more damage and have better wave clear. but if im in a game as adc and i know im gonna need damage reduction and have to 1 vs 1 a few times i get , if i see we as a team lack wave clear and i want some extra early burst ill go item 3087 i typically never get item 3094 i feel its the worst of the 4 and with champs like Ashe Caitlyn Jinx Varus a item 3085 synergize with thier kits so easisly.

I buy it all the time on Vayne and Draven . It's good stuff and one of my favorite items in the game. You rarely lose a 1v1.

Phantom Dancer was very popular because it's passive was fantastic for chasing down people trying to weave in and out of minions. However that passive was nerfed and would only take effect when an enemy champion was in your field of vision.

Nowadays it works very well on only certain champions. Vayne is reasonable, as her passive gives her extra MS the closer she is to an enemy champion and facing the direction in which that champion is positioned.
