Disconnecting issues/delays/Movement issues

I want to discuss a problem about the lag/delays Ive been receiving everytime I join a game..Ive played 3 games after the patching of 6.11 and Ive been having lag issues and delays for no reason at all when im having 5 bars for the speed of my connection which is my best connection and Ive also tried reseting my router and I still have the same problem..I also have a disconnecting issue where for no reason i keep getting disconnected or the attempting to connect thing above the character when I have normal pings and fps..Theres also another issue where I coudnt move my character sometimes especially I try to engage on the enemy,my characters starts to have delays when casting an ability or my character would stop moving even though im having a good ping and fps..I cant seem to find the problem and also its not just me im having an issue..I keep seeing ppl from my team getting disconnected and reconnected alot for every 3 games that ive played after the Patch for 6.11.Is it a problem at riot server or what??I cant seem to find the problem for my issues..I dont have any problems with my router and I play the laptop using wifi and not wired to the router but I still play fine for over the last 2 year..PLS HELP ME..
