Has voice spamming been removed?

So uh, you know how with some champs ( ) you could repeatedly spam their taunt/joke and their voice line would constantly reset? Well, I think that has been removed (or fixed, idk) because I can no longer do it.

This was a core gameplay element for these champions. As Garen, the most reliable way to bait people into fighting you was to constantly emote spam until they got so pissed they had to fight in order to prove dominance. Similar thing applies to heimer and nasus. I am sure that if this feature remains unavailable their winrates will drop by ~10% and these champions will remain literally unplayable until they are buffed in an according manner.

I better get a response from Riot within a 10-minute timespan or else I will spam the shit out of the boards until my needs have been satisfied.
