Karma top lane advice?

Hey everyone.

I am wondering if anyone has any advice on karma top lane. First, I know there are technically better top lane champs. But, she is one of my highest winrate champs right (60something% at 50 games now). The reason why I like her is she kind of covers my mistakes as a player and she is kind of an anti carry. Meaning, I feel she is reasonable at keeping carry toplaners in check. Anyway, I feel like I have a really bad feel for when to use tele, when to stay in lane in push, etc. I am also somewhat clueless on who to ban and what runes I should pick if I dont think I can proc kelpto effieciently. Any thoughts?
