Is it wrong if i laugh the whole game even if i lose or win?

I assumed you meant using the "/laugh" command ingame.
If you mean laugh in real life, it means you are not taking the game seriously and are just choosing to enjoy yourself. That is actually normal.
It's considered polite in ARAM.
If you play Singed it's mandatory. Otherwise yeah spamming laugh all game is kind of obnoxious.
