What is the point here? You didn't have most cs in game or even in your team. Yes, Gnar could work on farming. I've countless games when I got most CS in game as jungler.

thanks for stating the obvious, the point is that i shoudlnt be out csing top and mid by that much, i only cs'd lane minions when a laner backed without pushing wave and when we were pushing lanes in teamfights

I out cs my laners too, pretty often. It's not uncommon. People can't farm or forget about later on
