riot trolls? or bugs and glitches?

so not sure which section i'm suppose to write this in since i don't know if its bugs/glitches or intentionally done by riot........

but when you root tristana she trolls you hard by just rocket jumping out of it.... with roots visibly attached to her! ( i totally imagined a troll face and troll song on tristana as she jumped away while rooted)

well i don't consider this fair :/ other champs can't dash/flash while rooted O.O

and yasuo places his wind wall, the roots go through but have no effect... troll much or bug/glitch?

i thought his wind wall would stop projectiles and make them dissapear...? a root over the ground is a projectile? and why does the animation continue O.o?
