I feel like Zoe's going to be a vicious cycle of addiction.

Zoe's been in a rough spot for a while—particularly at average skill levels—due to the nerfs we made a while back when addressing the frustration of playing against her. At that time, we said Zoe should deal less damage when she doesn't land her skillshots. So we're buffing her skillshots this patch.

This time, instead of being negative how about try placing bets on how long it will take them to give up and rework her? At least we can enjoy what time we have left.

Zoe is one of the healthiest mage designs in the game, why would she need reworked?

She's never going to be reworked since Riot thinks her kit is perfectly fine concept-wise. I mean, when have CertainlyT's champ designs ever gone wrong? I can't think of a single other champion that has been a nuisance to balance and is incredibly frustrating to face Yasuo Darius Kalista Akali Graves Mordekaiser ..... (I would include Thresh, but he's actually one of CertainlyT's best works as well as rework Warwick)

Champions i am currently being pushed under my tower/out of lane by include but not limited to:

Yasuo Akali Ahri Viktor Zed Talon Fizz Heimerdinger Leblanc

Even with those light buffs Zoe isnt even on my radar for problematic champions.
