Autofill sucks and my way to solve the problem

Easy explanation in my opinion why people leave on draft picks:

1. A player selects a primary role and a secondary role, for this example lets say player selects primary bot and secondary sup, hits the find a match and have a estimated time of 3:10
2. At 1:35 game has found a match player gets bottom and the banning phase starts, after bans (sometimes earlier sometimes later) but lets say 2:00 minutes a champion leaves or didn't select something and player goes back to the find match screen. Total time passed 3:35
3. At 2:10 game has found other match player gets support and the banning phase starts, again a champion leaves or didn't select something and player goes back to the find match screen. Total time passed 6:10
4. At 2:40 game has found other match player gets bottom again and the banning phase starts, again a champion leaves or didn't select something and player goes back to the find match screen. Total time passed 8:40
5. At 3:05 game has found the last match but this time player gets jungle, the banning phase starts, this time no champion leaves

Conclusion: after 10 minutes of waiting yo are forced to be the one that leaves and have an extra 6 or 15 time penalty OR play from 20 to 50 minutes a fucking role one don't choose (so the chose is obvious for many players and leave)

I would prefer waiting for real 9 minutes to get the primary role guaranteed, or 6 if it could be primary or secondary. than wait the same amount just to be fucked SO PLEASE GIVE US A CHOOSE TO WAIT MORE TIME BUT GET THOSE ROLES a chose one can activate or not
