Can we buff Yasuo?

I feel incredibly weak when I 1v5 tower dive. How am I supposed to afford PD BT and IE when every time I take the ult under tower they stun me and focus me? Shield is only good for a 1v1 or 1v2. Mobility is nice and the free crit is nice and deleting ranged champs with my w is nice but every time I am shoving a lane they come and cc me. I need a QSS passive.

Steel Tempest now removes hard crowd control and gives a black shield for 70hp per level
