ARAM - Prevent Dodging

Problem: ARAM takes about 12 different requeue/champ selects before a game actually starts. You get a champion you like? Someone will dodge... Nobody wants to be stuck in their random unfavorable champion, so they dodge to reroll a different champion next game.

How to Fix this: If you Queue dodge an ARAM, the next time you requeue, you are STUCK with the SAME champion you queue-dodged with last game... and the ability to Trade champion is disabled for your next completed ARAM match.

This idea circulated in ARAM subforums for ages.. I'd love to have it, but there are few major minuses to use it Like:

what happens if from 2 different games players had Garen & dodged? Who gets to play Garen? WHat about second dude?
if u get super champ, yet ur team has rather bad champs, u'd dodge for better team

ARAM has been almost my primary mode for the past 3 years. I don't really care about people dodging, though I never do it myself. I think the timer is punishment enough. Same goes for ARAM accounts, don't care.

Sometimes dodging is just the best options though. There really are team comps in ARAM that have 0 potential to win if the other team even only has 1 or 2 better champs.

I think the problem would be far less prevalent if every time a player entered an ARAM they had at least 1 reroll, with up to 3 rerolls earned through playing without rerolling.

Got a good champ but don't like your team? With this system, dodging guarantees you that good champ next time, with a complete reroll of your team.

This has issues with 2 people dodging with the same champ.

Simpler ideas:

1> Make the penalty for dodging ARAM huge, as in 1+ hours

2> Dodging at ARAM removes ( X / X% / ALL) reroll points

Also, allow all champions for all players.
