ARAM - Prevent Dodging

Problem: ARAM takes about 12 different requeue/champ selects before a game actually starts. You get a champion you like? Someone will dodge... Nobody wants to be stuck in their random unfavorable champion, so they dodge to reroll a different champion next game.

How to Fix this: If you Queue dodge an ARAM, the next time you requeue, you are STUCK with the SAME champion you queue-dodged with last game... and the ability to Trade champion is disabled for your next completed ARAM match.

Another option, for those who get the champion they like and someone else dodges, is there is an option to go back to that champion. For example, you get Nidalee and someone on your team or enemy team dodges. Next time you enter "champ select" screen you get Lux but you have the option of using a reroll, if you have one, to go back to Nidalee . Something like this shouldn't work though if you are queuing with people and one of them dodges. It may not stop people from dodging but it can help prevent other people from getting punished for it.
