I am going to tell you my experience, what are the similarities and differences.

in Na people in low elo, watch to much LCS, and people dont handle critics well, i mean if you have one negative comment on someone's skill in this game, people get tilted or start to become personal

In Eu people in low elo are super bad at mechanics, i mean god bad if you are mechanical player in NA and stuck in silver you could get to gold fast. however I had more fun playing Eu recently, people dont believe the power of friendship, and dont try to fight when all 3 inhibs are down, they just simple surrender and move on.

Similarities both server toxic, but in a different way , eu you will get more flame because of your gameplay, in NA people just judge you how nice u are and how smart you play.

i found people NA group more often pick safe teamfigthing champions, with lot of cc and lot of tank stats, meanwhile in EU people generally play more play making champions.

Interesting to hear about. Have never played on a different server but have often wondered how the experience would differ.

The biggest difference I see is that when you say hi on EUW players generally say hi back, but if you say hi on NA, players often respond with sarcasm. I don't know if I would say EUW players are nicer overall, just that they seem to respect common courtesy more than NA players.
