Is jungle Ekko still Viable?

So after all the Tankko nerfs, this seems a lot weaker. I've been trying him in a lot of games, and he feels bad. He's bad at farming, so strength of the ages isn't a good idea, and he's too squishy otherwise. If he gets counter-jungled,. he's screwed and he's very gank reliant. Ideas?
