Barrier Revamp
Please revamp barrier to be 15% of the incoming damage, because right now it's what 115-445? Now that might be a lot at level 1-10, but 10-18 makes it basically worthless which is why it's used so rarely.

That seems really weak if it's a one time thing, and pretty op if it's a duration.
