Is there a cure for junglers who don't ever gank bot?

I don't know about high elo but in low elo it seems that 9 out of 10 enemy junglers gank bot, and 9 out of 10 team junglers ignore it. And it doesn't matter what the situation, winning lane, losing lane, even lane, they are alergic to bot lane. So I'm wondering short of actually starting to main a jungler is there a cure? I ask this because when I jungle I gank every single lane every chance I get, but these guys either never gank or the first gank comes somewhere around level 8 or around 12min in the game, which is just insane.

Hug your turret or something. There's a reason why 90% of enemies gank you but not your team rather than 50/50

Thing is 2v1's have a much higher percentage of success than 3v2s, unless you get a killer flank thru tribush or something, but in general its just more risky b/c supports generally have decent base damage and some cc and early junglers are usually pretty squishy

As a jungle main, allow me to illustrate:

If you feed your lane, I will not gank. At least, not when you think you need it. Why? Because if I die to your lane, I've fed them more. You need to play safely and CS effectively. Ironically, if you play safely, you'll likely let your opposing laners push more, allowing for more gank opportunities. If you push your enemy to the tower, I will most likely not gank, unless you need me to secure a kill under a tower and dip out. It's my opinion that a death to a laner early game is not worth a kill, unless there's a hefty bounty increase.

Also, what Alex H8721 said, in whole.

Ganking bot is scary for a lot of junglers lol. That's pretty much all it is.
