Why are people JUST NOW saying Vayne doesn't have a weak early game?

Not entirely sure but I'm just going to guess it's because the former meta ADC picks (ex. Graves, Lucian) got nerfed, and them being the lane bullies it allows Vayne to survive the very early game, so then she gets six and can out-duel any ADC one on one. Not to forget the meta picks for support, favouring tank supports right now which compliments Vayne's kit nicely. Just outside factors I guess.

Vayne hasn't got buffed recently or at all in the past year (I think), so it isn't just Vayne is OP. She's had the same stats when she was pretty weak compared to other ADC, probably even worse (the nerf to her ult CD).
