I don't think "just don't let him reach level 13" is a good balancing factor for a champion who can obtain obscene amounts of gold, clear entire waves with one barrel + q, AND offer LITERALLY AOE CRITS THAT NEGATE 60% ARMOR IN TEAMFIGHTS.

slanteyedsuicide1 votesHave you actually played GP? After level 13, attempting to "attack them" and "dodge them" no longer becomes an option. The decay rate is too fast for them to be attacked, and trying to dodge that AoE damage is ridiculous.
Penns1 votesIm pretty sure it doesnt matter how fast they decay, just aa them as a ranged champ that builds attack speed and youre faster tham him lel. I played him once and my smurf, so hes not retarded, enemy adc always aad them before I could do shit. But I played against him and attacked his barrels like every single time, making him pretty much useless. Maybe I, and all the GPs I played against did something wrong tho.
slanteyedsuicide1 votesThe issue isn't "Gangplank is one shotting my carries" it's "Gangplank is taking my frontline down to half health with no risk involved whatsoever. Reduce the cast range on his barrels, or lower the decay rate.

slanteyedsuicide1 votesWhich is exactly what GP's barrels do LOL. I'm not saying they work like Black Cleaver, but the fact that they can bypass 60% of the enemy's armor in AoE and Crit form + 200 bonus damage for hitting champions....... that's broken. Sorry not sorry.
