Help!!!!!

So I was playing a normal draft game as Nami. We were fighting at the dragon pit and I got a control ward and I used w on the enemy Rakan. Then the game froze. It proceeded to kick me out of the game. When I tried to reconnect, it gave me that message where it says A critical error has occured and the process must be terminated. Would you like to create a crash dump to aid the developers in troubleshooting this issue? this may take up to 5 minutes. I say yes. It asks if I would like to take a full memory dump. I say yes. It says that a crash dump was created and gave me a link. Now I don't know what to do. P.S. the game ended and I got banned. I tried doing a custom and the same thing happened. Help!!!!! I just want to play! Edit: so i try to find the file on that file folder thing (i dont know what to call it) and it says that it doesnt exist

Try and file a support ticket or use live chat at this link here. There's a chance that a Rioter may be able to lift your ban. Good luck!

Quick tip: use the Report a Bug board instead of Gameplay. Makes it more likely that someone will see it. Hope you get it figured out.

critical error might have something to do with your pc specs, but it's a variable lately. It might help if you post them in the bug section just for information

Thanks everyone. I was able to fix it and now I am back to playing.
