Elementalist Lux Forms [Gameplay]

So a couple days ago, I queued up for a normal ranked solo/duo game. I picked Lux, nothing new, picked Elementalist Lux and went in the game. 2 minutes in or so, I realized that I couldn't see my charge rate to pick my form. I thought it was a onetime thing and just played normally. It still let me choose my form at the usual times. I just couldn't see the charge rates. I ignored it, thinking it was nothing big. But I still can't see the charge rate and it's been 2 weeks or so!! I have a picture but idk how to post it. Maybe I'll figure it out soon. Am I missing something or is this an actual bug? If this is normal, sry for waisting ur time.
