I played 5 games against different lucians

I only won once, he does too much damage. I know the champs I play are squishy but it doesn't make any sense how he can burst down a braum by himself with only a dorans blade. Lucian used to just poke you after a while and if you stayed low health he would usually clean you up, kinda like graves. Now he's like Ezreal, He blasts you with his full combo then double taps you with his passive and you're gone. He literally erases people out of existance, as soon as he hits level 3 its game over. I remember being told numerous times if you use your dash to engage with lucian you're dead. The thing that makes it so aggrivating is that these lucians Dash in blast you with full combo and lay out so much damage that their positioning doesn't even matter.
