Master Yi needs a little nerf

Aatrox can do that at lvl 2 too, some even say that he can actually pull it off at lvl 1.

Doesn't mean he needs a nerf.

This is more or less the same thing. Whether or not someone can kill dragon in low levels is just 1 portion of champ balance to consider.
