What About Hearing Impaired Players Riot?

Not sure where to post this for Reds to see it ... so giving here a shot.

Just a PSA heroes that have long range abilities that only give alerts through audio are impossible for hearing impaired players. Ults like Sion's are actually impossible to prepare for simply because the player can't hear it.. That's not cool. In a game like League of Legends is based on competitive equality players with hearing impairments are given a significant disadvantage with abilities like this. My suggestion would be some sort of visual cue for the entire map if the audio cue can be heard from the whole map why not a visual cue to alert hearing impaired players??? It just makes sense in this day in age that we as a culture try to make our forms of entertainment more accessible.

Tl;DR - Hearing impaired are disadvantaged by audio cue only ults like Sions. Please RITO HELP!

This sounds like a genuine issue. Really should be fixed.

Kinda nerfs riot for the not hearing impaired though, since it makes the ult more obvious.

But if the ult relies on being a surprise then why not make it a surprise for everyone? At this point I don't think there is any logical argument about adding accessibility to the game simply because it make an ability more clear especially an ultimate that comes from fog of war. It puts hearing impaired at a massive disadvantage.

how to gut Sion even more with one simple change

That thought process is so simple minded. To assume that this change would be hurt hearing able players since hearing impaired would now be on a level playing field is such a poor way to think about accessibility. If the ult relies that much on being a surprise then make it a surprise for everyone remove the sound cue completely or add something to help those who aren't able to rely on a sound cue alone.
