Is it just me or

Does the overall health of a match go down whenever School or College is on break? I normally have pretty consistent games but every 2 months or so there seems to be a patch of 2 weeks where the individual performance level, communication given, and just overall Will to Win goes drastically down. I wish there was some kind of alert for this on the client, I'm being pretty serious here, there is a major flux in Ranked when this happens and it's not enjoyable at all. It sucks that I feel like I have to take a break from the game during these times because it doesn't feel like the game I usually play.
