Apparently tank is the new meta

I'd love to have it where the other team can't go 4 tanks and 1 damage dealer and just group mid and push you in with no effort. Assassin's can't 100-0 anyone besides the squishiest of champs(like other assassins) otherwise they made getting tanky too easy. I can't even play a game any more where it isn't go super tank and win. Last game was Nasus, j4, shen built pure tank basically. Then blitz, and Vel'koz built with a couple tank items and they just rolled over us, we couldnt kill any of them unless we caught them with multiple people. I was a FED diana. I couldn't 100-0 1 person in that game on my own. What is someone to do? I had to play against a shen mid cause why fucking not and he just pushed my face in with little effort. tank+constant heals = unkillable without help. Is it time to just go tank champs and play the longest games ever or is there something to do?

Try DPS Fighter Diana, it's her build that counters tanks.

So here's a little secret: the meta does not actually favor tanks (except maybe Jungle tanks, but Cinderhulk has received its fair share of nerfs so ehh), it just really, really discourages assassins right now. To rephrase, Tanks are not the dominating force in League, they are just the norm. You don't necessarily need to adopt tanks, you just need to learn how to play around them, like switching up your build.

yeah, you picked a psudo-assassin into a tanky team, you got countered... also they had no ADC which means they have no DPS which means extended teamfights go in your favor. if you lost its because you didn't understand the team comps.
