Eve's passive tint

I really enjoy the screen being tinted while shes in passive, makes her feel more spooky, and is over all more fun when i play her. I read recently they are taking it away, but i REALLY enjoy it and hope they can at least make it togglable in settings, that way other champions benefit form that option as well.
