Lucian needs his range back. This "buff" is not what he needs

On competative lvl hi is dead cuz of his low 500 range. Soloq lethality build is only good for his ult to shred someone down with 3k 4k damage and with that build with basic attacks u shoot marshmallows later in game. No damage at all!!! Can u give him atleast 525 range i think it will be perfect
