So I'll start with the good stuff about this Juggernaut business. I really do love the idea of each champion becoming more individualized. The problems you described early on are ones that have bothered me for a long time, and I'm glad to see some of these changes, especially ones that are so fitting to each character's personality… (with one notable exception).

But I think you may have overdone things JUST a little bit. For example, Darius, while not very meta right now, is nevertheless a strong champion, especially in solo queue where all you need is some chump in top lane to feed him and get the dunks rolling. I agree Darius needs a better balance between offensive and defensive power, especially in the early-mid game, but this? I think this is too much considering that he will now have absolute dominance in lane against melee champions, likely being able to zone people simply with the threat of hemorrhage stacks (even more than before). Does he need a tweak like this? Probably couldn't hurt, but a) I can think of champions who could use massive buffs more than him, and b) I don't see much room for counter play here outside of picking Quinn or Swain.

Then there's Garen… actually, I kind of like this. Well done (and seriously, I was very excited to read about his villain passive because it fits his personality perfectly). Giving him some viable damage options even into the late game. I like it. I'm totally okay with the majority of this change, especially with the adjustments to his power curve. My one beef with it is that your idea was to make him different from Darius enough that he might be picked instead of Darius, and while these changes will help, I must say Darius still sounds much stronger. (Seriously… read the description you provided regarding Darius… let it really sink in. Is that what you really want?)

Okay Skarner. I have mixed feelings about this one. On one hand, the rock thing is cool. On the other hand, is it possible this change might be SLIGHTLY over the top? Turning him into a buff farmer? I mean I guess he's already pretty good at it, but isn't it possible this will encourage him to gank less? And even more than that, how exactly does it work when an enemy captures one of these things? I feel like that wasn't very clear. He's denied from the buff? Is this thing providing an anti-counter juggling mechanism to the enemy team? I almost think it will hurt Skarner more than help him. Frankly, I just don't get where this change is coming from. Skarner is a fairly unique champion as far as I can tell. Sure he kind of seems like a mixture of Malphite and Taric, but neither of them can pick up someone and carry them into your team, can they? No… they can't. All that to say, not bad, but I don't get this change.

Now what I just expressed about Skarner can pretty well sum up my feelings about Mordekaiser's change. This guy is extremely unique! If you're looking to make him more unique, leave him as he is. On the other hand, I get where this change is coming from. So as far as balancing his power goes, I now refer you to my bit on Darius. I get why this buff is good for him, but don't you think it might become a little bit much? And especially with what you're giving him in bot lane! SERIOUSLY WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?!!! Making him a bot laner? I don't understand… at all. And he gets full XP? You realize that this could be abused to effectively revitalize duo tops, right? Like I see what you're going for, but there's a huge flaw and it sounds like you're blind to it. That XP mechanic is broken. Also… what the heck? Just… yeah sure have a dragon pet. Could make jungle fights more interesting… but there's a danger in this I think. Do you realize how powerful this could become in punishing other teams for even trying to contest dragons? I think it's discouraging healthy counter play rather than encouraging it. Beyond that, the whole point of Morde is that he takes control of someone he kills, and this is balanced by the fact that he has to kill an enemy to do it! You're now giving him the option of initiating a 6v5. Ridiculous. Now in certain situations, he doesn't have to work for it anymore. And if you're dead set on this mechanic, then fine, but at least consider this: all he has to do is touch the stupid thing. Why not at least force him to ult it? Or do something to it? I'm just saying this change makes no sense. At all. In fact, as much as I dislike the Darius change, I think this one is by far the worst.

So to recap. Garen change? Brilliant. Skarner change? A little out there, but maybe I can roll with it when I see it. Darius change? A little… heavy handed, but I get what you're going for. Just tone it down. PLEASE. Mordekaiser? This change doesn't even align him with his personality any more than he already is. It's just straight up stupid. Fire someone. Fire someone right now.

they nerfed garen pretty much in every aspect, especially his ability to stick to targets and by removing his tenacity and cutting his silence in half.

in return he has increased damage against that guy on the other side of the map. its not what id describe as brilliant.

dont forget that he has increased auto attack range now, when he actually doesnt auto attack much. especially now that ghostblade isnt a good item on him anymore.
