ADDING NEW ITEM SLOTS
Riot should add a new slot for WARDS and EXLIXIERS This would encourage people to ward more and use the elixirs at the needed time.

Well part of this is already done, if you think about it. In game, there is a designated item slot for a trinket, which I'm sure you know about. and about the elixirs? Just use the crystalline flask, or use elixirs sparingly.
