A WAY TO MAKE COMMUNITY FEEDBACK MORE VISIBLE

As time passes in here "Boards" I see increasing amount of feedback to the game come and go without much say from Riot. Many of us just think that Riot is just plain lazy or blind to see the problems occurring in games. I believe that this isn't that Riot doesn't care, but much so that Riot cannot effectively visualize what the community is trying to tell them.

What would make a great addition to Boards would be something like this... let's call it "Rito's checkoff list of problems."

So this would be working on a poll system, where people can make their own section to the poll. Example:

[Problems that Rito should fix] [TOP PROBLEMS]

  1. Fix new jungle (click to expand) (120 thumbs up) (Rito's responses: 10)
  2. Lore failures (click to expand) (100 thumbs up) (Rito's responses: 9)
  3. PBE issues (click to expand) (90 thumbs up) (Rito's responses: 5)
  4. Helping the new players (click to expand) ( 80 thumbs up) (Rito's responses: 0)
  5. Remove tier one and two runes (click to expand) (50 thumbs up) (Rito's responses: 0)
  6. etc etc etc (click to expand) (???) (Rito's responses: ?) -Add Option-

[Problems that Rito should fix] [NEW PROBLEMS] ---------------same thing ill expand below-----------------

This is similar to the boards we have today but with some tweaks and turns.

Now, firstly the TOP PROBLEMS, the best issues that have not been solved with remain to be on the top until it gets fixed. Number of thumbs up it gets will tell riot what issues that people want to have fixed the most. Only having this part would neglect the new ideas, so there is a new part of this section called NEW PROBLEMS. It is essentially the same list of problems with different orders. One of which the newest ideas would be shown at the top.

I also have another idea which will only focus on simply solving the problem and not anything else. So let's expand on THIS example

Example:

  1. Fix new jungle (click to expand) (120 thumbs up) (Rito's responses: 10) When we go into "click to expand" the way that people will respond to the issues will be different

At the top there will of couse the OP explaining what he means by "FIX NEW JUNGLE" The comments that people will leave will only be SOLUTIONS to the problem If you disagree with OP, you just simply press thumbs down, nothing more.

This will help riot see some ways that people want this issues to be solved, and get to know why somethings doesnt work, and how it should work.

There will be now a whole section just for RITOS responces. Example:

  1. Fix new jungle (click to expand) (120 thumbs up) (Rito's responses: 10) (Rito's Responces) -Why new jungle DOES work - (some rito employee man) -How WW will get nerfed - (some rito employee man) -How the tanks will get buffed - (some rito employee man)

and people could comment on those theads as well.

Basically to sum it up, this will help riot see the issues that people REALLY want to have fixed, and it will make things a lot less messy in sense of helping Riot do their work, and would make Riot's responces NESSICARY. Make it so that the balance team and other teams HAVE to respond when it racks up enough voices.
