Heimerdinger's Passive (Rework Potential)

I'm willing to bet most of you don't even know what his passive is unless you're a huge League nerd or a Heim main but toady is the day you learn! My boy, Cecil B. Dinger's passive is called Techmaturgical Repair Bots and it is supposed to make his turret's give allies increased health regen (which should be very helpful), presumably because he is very powerful when it comes to holding a lane and pushing and with his passive he could group with his team and shove down towers or defend objectives very well which makes his passive synergize very well with his kit and playstyle. Well... it would if it really did anything, I'm guessing that the passive has been heavily nerfed before and now it has gotten to a point where it does almost nothing. I have about 60k xp on the Donger and I have watched meticulously during team seiges to see his passive in work and I have found nothing. So maybe it's time his passive is buffed or reworked. The donger needs a bit of a rework actually... anyway that's not the point: his passive is just weak and can't really be buffed (there was a time when he could heal actual towers, I think they nerfed that in s4 don't really remember) else his turrets would be impossible to take down and if paired with a tank the guy would become mundo by just being near the donger (i'm exaggerating but you get what I mean) so his passive is just there. I think it also used to be stronger since he didn't have base health regen and he would get his from the passive, so when they gave him actual health regen they had to nerf the passive since it wasn't needed to fill the spot of his own hp regen. Anyway tl;dr I don't think they can buff it as it is now, but they should do a small rework on the donger though, not urgent but it would be good.
