With the removal of the HP regen, the only reason to ever pick it over spellthief's is the 5% CDR. That's not good enough, item's garbage IMO, and people who can't use spellthief's or relic shield are probably worse because of it.
I agree, coin users are passive support and to go to pick up money when aggressive support zoning is a terrible idea.
They gutted the mana regen on the spellthief line to make coin more appealing. I hope you enjoy your season 5 sup meta. All relic all the time.
grant the thresh soul like mini game is fun but i wished that the mana coins also gave some hp to them like the amount you get from the instant you use a biscuit
