Is it worth selling full items for something else?
For example lets say I buy 
mid game because no one built Magic Res, but then later they do. Is it worth selling it for 
or should I just keep it and work on my next item?
Angry Monster1 votesthe question is a tad vague. instead of building a 5th or 6th item? Also it depends on the champs being played in the game, current builds and game flow.
Void and abyssal do work together so you could have both in your build and sell abyssal later for a 6th item. But do you need the MR?
Normally i would say it is not worth switching out unless you are already at max build. Their is a situation where you have a void and abyssal but selling abyssal will allow you to complete a death cap as a new 4th.

if you feel like you need to sell an item, you built the wrong thing.
