Just add voice chat, this game is unappealing without it.

With voice chat in this game. Everything would be a thousand times better, and way more fun. People being toxic is not an exclusive to league of legends. People are assholes everywhere, the game itself rarely matters. And also, don't say you could always just type. Typing messages to my team should not be a gameplay mechanic. I just wanna talk. If you have too, allow me to add everyone as a friend before a game starts and make a chat. I just don't get it. In a game where every second counts as far as I can tell. You're supposed to type, actively stop moving around to communicate. This could be done and should be.

Voicechat is external opt-in. Riot cant police voicechat, anything i it would be unreportable, and it just turns into a place for preteen brats to scream their existential anger into the void.

What's to stop you from muting everyone? If that's how you see things. your not being forced to do anything. Imagine if it was opt in. You would start a game without voice. You could click a button if you desire. I don't see your arguement.

You dont, but most of the community does.

Riot and the majority are in agreement: league is never getting public voice chat. It is useless and would cause more trouble than it is worth. Pubs never try to communicate anyway.

its in the game; players just have to be in your premade and you can voice chat! you can't hear randoms though

That's my point. Allow me to hear randoms. Or allow me to friend and make a party before a game starts in champ select. Maybe a join temperaroy party option?

Flashbacks to the old client, where you could join the "looking for party" and all other manner of chat lobbies.

i dont get why vote no to this post, [sg-ahri-3] [sg-janna] nothing to lose, everything to win you arent forced in any way to use it and if you like it its there for you

im not a programer but i think the code writen would be quite similar to the one used for chat with teamates currently used and shouldnt be too hard to write.
